The short answer
Useful AI training starts with the work a person actually does. Build understanding through relevant examples, practise giving context and checking results, then turn the useful tasks into repeatable habits.
Different roles need different starting points
An owner deciding where to begin has different questions from a colleague preparing a weekly report. Agree what the people taking part already use, what feels unclear and which tasks they want to improve.
Individual guidance, team sessions and ongoing coaching can support different needs. Training is available separately as well as alongside implementation.
Learn a way of working, not just a demonstration
Practise describing the task, providing appropriate information and stating what a useful result looks like. Then compare the output with the original material and identify what still needs checking.
Use suitable or fictional examples while learning. Company rules about information and access still apply when a tool makes it easy to paste something into a conversation.
Make implementation easier to adopt
When a workflow is introduced, colleagues need to understand what it does, where they review its work and how to report an exception. That guidance belongs beside the tool.
Training supports our main work of building and implementing practical solutions. The same introductory call helps us understand either kind of requirement.
