Good questions

A few things worth asking.

Practical answers about implementation, training and working with Get AI Working.

AI Setup & Integration

Explore the service
Can you work with the tools we already have?

That is our starting point. We check what each system supports, how access works and whether a connection is suitable before suggesting an implementation.

Will AI have access to every document?

It should only receive the information needed for the agreed task. We define the scope and access rules with you rather than connecting everything by default.

Do we need a perfect document library first?

No. A small, current set of useful material is often a better starting point than a large folder of mixed or outdated documents.

Workflow Automation

Explore the service
Does every automation need AI?

No. Clear rules are often the right answer. AI can help where a step involves interpreting text, extracting information or drafting a response.

Can we keep approving things before they go out?

Yes. Review and approval are deliberate parts of the workflow, especially for customer messages and consequential changes.

What happens if an input is missing?

We agree the exception path during scoping. The workflow should flag incomplete work for a person rather than invent the missing information.

Custom AI Tools

Explore the service
Do we need to write a technical specification?

No. Bring the problem, examples of the work and a sense of what a better result would look like. We work through the technical detail with you.

Could an existing tool do the job?

Possibly. We check that first. A custom application is useful when the workflow, access rules or requirements need something more specific.

Who looks after the tool afterwards?

We agree who owns the accounts, operates the tool and handles maintenance before implementation. Handover is part of delivery, and ongoing support can be arranged.

Ongoing Support & Improvements

Explore the service
Is support the same as adding new features?

No. We agree the maintenance responsibilities and discuss new requirements separately, so everyone understands what work is being taken on.

Can our own team run the workflow?

That can be the right arrangement. We discuss access, documentation and the skills needed during scoping and handover.

Do you promise round-the-clock cover?

Support arrangements are agreed for the particular implementation. We do not imply response times or cover that have not been agreed.

AI Education & Training

Explore the service
Can we book training without commissioning a build?

Yes. Education and training is available separately, as well as alongside an implementation. Book a call so we can understand the support you or your team need.

Do we need technical experience?

No. We shape the starting point, examples and pace around the people taking part. Tell us what you already use, what feels unclear and what you would like to do.

Is the training the same for every business?

The sessions use your roles, tasks and experience to decide what is useful. Individual guidance, team sessions and ongoing coaching can each suit different needs.

Can you help our team use something you have built?

Yes. Guidance on using an implemented tool can sit alongside the handover, with further sessions or coaching where helpful. We agree the support needed for the particular team and solution.
