The depth of the work is agreed around your business. Consulting can stand alone, or lead into training and implementation with us. The introductory call establishes fit; detailed discovery and strategy are separate, scoped work.

An operations team with three competing ideas

The team wants a chatbot, easier weekly reporting and help responding to enquiries. Everyone has a different view of what should come first.

Trace one real example of each task and identify the current source of information.
Check whether reporting is mainly fixed calculations, whether enquiries need drafting, and whether a chatbot has a maintained knowledge source.
Choose an order based on the work and dependencies, with a way to test each recommendation.

An illustrative recommendation could be to fix reporting inputs first, train the enquiry team using approved examples and revisit the chatbot when its information is ready. Your priorities would follow your evidence.

Can we book consulting without an implementation?

Yes. Consulting and strategy are available as standalone work. You can use the recommendations internally, or discuss training and implementation with us afterwards.

Do you only recommend custom AI tools?

No. We consider the process, existing software, training and ordinary automation before recommending a build. Custom development is useful when the requirements justify it.

Who does the consulting?

You work directly with Stu and Dan. We combine experience of improving business processes with practical AI use, covering how the work runs, what people need and what the systems can support.

What should we have ready?

Bring the processes you want to improve, the systems involved and the people who understand the work. An introductory conversation does not need confidential documents or a finished technical brief.
