Ongoing Support & Improvements
Useful on day one. Useful after that.
A workflow lives in a real business. Documents change, people join, software updates and a new requirement turns up. Support keeps the implementation connected to that reality.
Talk through your ideaThe everyday problem
Keep it working.
A useful workflow becomes less useful when nobody knows who should update it, what an error means or how to adapt it to the next change. The handover needs to answer those questions.
Clear ownership, a way to raise problems and an agreed approach to maintaining the work as your business evolves.
What the work can include
Useful work. Clearly defined.
Maintenance and troubleshooting
Investigate failures, check connections and keep the agreed implementation operating as intended.
Quality and usefulness checks
Review representative outputs and feedback from the people doing the work. Improve what is causing friction.
Changes with a clear scope
Discuss new requirements and separate maintenance from a new piece of work, so expectations stay clear.
More than a demonstration
Built, tested
and handed over.
We agree the scope and responsibilities before implementation, including what needs human review and who runs the solution afterwards.
- An agreed support scope and contact process
- Documented ownership and responsibilities
- A way to report issues and improvement ideas
- A clear handover if arrangements change
A little more detail
Good questions.
Is support the same as adding new features?
No. We agree the maintenance responsibilities and discuss new requirements separately, so everyone understands what work is being taken on.
Can our own team run the workflow?
That can be the right arrangement. We discuss access, documentation and the skills needed during scoping and handover.
Do you promise round-the-clock cover?
Support arrangements are agreed for the particular implementation. We do not imply response times or cover that have not been agreed.

to get working?
Bring the task that takes too long, the systems that don’t quite connect, or the idea you haven’t had time to build.
