A small team with a practical outlook

People you can talk to.
People who build.

We’re Stu and Dan. We bring the commercial and technical sides together to help small and medium-sized businesses turn a useful AI idea into something that works.

Stu, co-founder of Get AI Working

The business side

Stu Brooke

Discovery. Priorities. People.

Start with the work that matters.

Stu focuses on understanding the business: how people work, what gets in the way and where an improvement would make a worthwhile difference.

He brings business discovery, commercial priorities and customer relationships into the project, keeping the conversation grounded in the outcome you want.

Dan, co-founder of Get AI Working

The technical side

Dan Blackadder

Feasibility. Building. Implementation.

Work out the how. Then build it.

Dan leads technical discovery, feasibility and implementation. He works through the systems, information and practical details needed to turn an idea into a usable tool or workflow.

Our initial specialisms are ChatGPT, OpenAI and Codex. The aim is a well-defined implementation, tested with representative work and handed over clearly.

A practical foundation

Our experience is
in building.

Our background includes building Bloom, a software product. That work informs how we approach discovery, testing, interfaces and the realities of making software useful.

We describe that as product-building experience. It is not a consulting client case study, and we will only share client outcomes and testimonials when they are real and we have permission.

How we like to work

Clear conversations.
Shared understanding.

Small and medium-sized businesses, across sectors.

We work with owners and operational decision-makers, including solo owners with a suitable project. You do not need an in-house technical team.

Cornwall is home. The UK is our reach.

Our location and recruitment experience give us routes into conversations, without defining which businesses we can help.

A working result, with people in the loop.

We agree responsibilities and review points. Handover and guidance are part of making an implementation useful beyond its first demonstration.

to get working?

Bring the task that takes too long, the systems that don’t quite connect, or the idea you haven’t had time to build.
